Sally Fallon Morell: Ancestral Wisdom Meets Modern Science
Sally is the President of the Weston A. Price Foundation which is hosting their 20th annual Ancestral Wisdom Meets Modern Science  conference. It will be held November 15-17th, 2019, in Allen, TX.

Here are some words from Sally:

"When it comes to our health, especially the health of our children, we are in the eleventh hour. We are seeing the consequences of three generations of processed food displacing the nutrient-dense foods of our ancestors. The good news is that there is still time to turn things around with a Wise Traditions diet—which is not a fad diet but a diet for everybody—for all times, for all ages. And there is no deprivation—you can have meat, fat, dairy, grains, sauces, salt, even soft drinks and desserts—as long as the ingredients are nutrient-dense and prepared properly."

The conference is packed full with speakers like Neil Z. Miller, Dr. Nasha Winters, Dr. Thomas Cowan, and many many more intelligent and passionate people. If you like good food and learning new and innovative science to benefit your health, then don't miss this conference!
Dr. Thomas Cowan: Cancer and the New Biology of Water
Dr. Thomas Cowan is a founding board member and current Vice President of the Weston A. Price Foundation. He is the author of many books including, Cancer and the New Biology of Water. This book is a groundbreaking look at the role of water in living organisms that ultimately brings us closer to answering the riddle of the etiology of, and therapy and treatment for, cancer.

Dr. Thomas Cowan will be speaking about the properties of water for cancer treatment at the conference mentioned above. Today he talks with us about some of the science that is mentioned in his book. The passion that fueled Dr. Cowan to write this book is that patients have the right to information, options, and medical freedom in matters of their own life and death. It's an amazing book, and Dr. Thomas Cowan is so well-spoken and knowledgeable. You can get the book and learn more about Dr. Cowan here.
Holiday Mindfulness with Mo
Mo Brossette is the director of mindset and nutrition at the Adaptive Training Foundation. Today we talk with Mo about some of the stressors revolved around the holidays and how you can practice mindfulness to reduce your stress. The holidays are a time to gather with loved ones and to get overly stuffed on good food. But, along with that comes a lot of stress. Visiting family can be one of the biggest reasons the holidays are a stressful time. Mo talks with us today about how we can take some of that stress off and be completely present with the people around us during the holidays.
