In this weeks very special episode we had the opportunity to have our Uncle Joey sit down and talk with us. We went to Phoenix Arizona to watch him graduate and we could not be more proud of him!
Uncle Joey is our mothers baby brother and has been there for us our whole lives. We asked him to share his perspective on what he saw as an outsider looking in on our childhood, and what impact it had on our relationship with him. It was such a great experience to hear some stories of when we have no memories of what was going on, and to add more layers of understanding that the abuse had always been present in our lives. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for all of the love and support.
