In this episode, Mary connects with Mark Herschberg, author of The Career Toolkit: Essential Skills for Success That No One Taught You. They discuss some of the top skills and approaches necessary for navigating a career in a new and changing landscape. 

Mark is the author of The Career Toolkit: Essential Skills for Success That No One Taught You. He spent his career launching and developing new ventures at startups, Fortune 500s and in academia. At MIT, where he teaches annually, he helped to start what’s called MIT’s “career success accelerator”. At Harvard Business School, Mark helped create a platform used to teach finance at prominent business schools. In his spare time, he actively works with many non-profits, and is one of the top-ranked ballroom dancers in the country. He received a B.S. in physics, a B.S. in electrical engineering & computer science, and a Masters in electrical engineering & computer science, focusing on cryptography from MIT.
