We cannot even get adults to stand up for unborn babies what makes us think we can get them to stand up for young children?

If you have to be 18 to drink, then we should have protection in place for them until they are 18.
In several states it is legal for a teacher to have sex with a student once they are 16.
It should be across the nation - the protection of minors.
