Bethany Lyons is the Owner and CEO of globally renowned, NYC headquartered, yoga studio and brand, Lyons Den Power Yoga, the first dedicated Baptiste Power style studio in New York City, founded in 2013.  Now, in 2020, Bethany has expanded her classes and studio to launch an all new digital platform, Lyons Den Digital , where she has transformed the in-studio experience seamlessly to a wide array of virtual LIVE and recorded offerings including her signature style yoga classes as well as new shorter class options  of 25 and 30 minute Power Beats and Core Burner classes, asana tutorials and more!
