In 2019, a group of transgender hockey players from across North America turned what started as emails written about a dream into a team -- Team Trans.
They met up in Boston to play a select squad from Boston Pride Hockey, and what happened was a series of two hard-fought games.
The impact, the inspiration and the symbol of a group of seventeen players was priceless.
In November, Team Trans plans to head back to the ice. The venue will be the stomping grounds of "Badger Bob" Johnson -- Madison, Wisconsin.
