Today, most businesses are completely reliant on their technology and by extension their outsourced IT provider.  So when they have technology problems, it's more than just irritating.  It disrupts the business.

If employees can't use their systems, then more often than not they can't work.  When this happens it might feel like you've got the wrong team supporting your computer systems.  If you're frustrated with your outsourced IT provider, how do you know if its even possible that they could do a better job? What if the culprit is something unfixable and your better off with an alternative provider?

Welcome to the Jason Clause Show. This is a business podcast about the business of technology. I'm Jason Clause. I'm your host and we've got a great episode for us today. It's a little bit self serving. This is one of those ones that's really about the business that I'm in, Outsourced IT Support but I've been coming across a lot of this lately. Folks that are just frustrated with the way that their current computer systems are being looked after and what I've got for us is in 10 minutes or less, three questions that you can ask your current provider that might help you get at the root cause of what's happening, the idea being that a lot of times you don't need to switch outsourced IT providers to solve your problems, if you can do some of the things on your site or have some of those tough conversations and this is a way to kind of help you get at that.
