The developing COVID-19, a SARS (severe acute respiratory syndrome) catastrophe in China has all but brought China to a stand still.  Total lockdowns of millions of Chinese, central authority dictates that prevent virtually the entire country from returning to work following the Golden Week New Year holiday has exaserpated the problem.  The apparent severity of the initial cases, without a doubt, reminded China of their first SARS epidemic in 2002-2003.
