It is hard to live from our highest and best when our smaller self wants to run the show. When we let fear and insecurity rule our decision making, the results may be less than desirable. Our ego often criticizes and complains which is not super helpful for making empowered choices and creating a fulfilling reality. In this 15 Min Fill Up, I am briefly offering you perspective and practices for overcoming that inner critic voice talking you off of the ledge of your bravery.
