Concentration

Today we are doing a simple concentration practice. This practice helps us to cultivate the ability of the mind to focus on a single object. Remember that it’s natural for the mind to wander. If the mind was perfectly concentrated, we wouldn’t need a concentration practice! Today, try to bring some extra gentleness to your concentration practice.
