Meditation Starts Here: An Expert’s Guide
A Meditation Expert’s Secrets on Creating a Mindful Meditation Habit
Susan Piver runs the world’s largest Sangha or online meditation community. We talk about mindfulness meditation and the benefits of meditation not as a self-improvement hack but rather as self-discovery method. Loving-kindness meditation and letting go of the stories we tell ourselves. Building confidence, kindness, love and gratitude while practising meditation consistently are all things Susan shares her insights on. We end the meditation-based conversation with a special 5-minute guided meditation exercise led by Susan. This was a hugely rewarding conversation with many special moments of meditation wisdom so I encourage you to listen and relisten to fully integrate these lessons into your own mindfulness meditation practice and visit The Open Heart Project, Susan’s online community for guidance and clarity on your own path.
Be intentional about your self-exploration journey by joining the tribe!
