Scott Packett’s Biography

Scott Packett, VP of Business Development


Scott spent 7 years serving in the US Air Force and TN Air National Guard in logistics and training. In 2011, he graduated from Tennessee Wesleyan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science.


He has been with RCI for over 3 years after spending 7 years in workforce development, where he gained significant experience in sales and marketing as he helped industries develop strategic training plans for their skilled workforce.


He and his wife, Allyssa, currently reside in Athens with their two sons, Ayden and Avery, where they are active in the community. As the VP of Business Development, Scott uses his experience and network to help expand the brand of RCI in order to help businesses and industries increase their enterprise value.
