Begin Slow and Low -21st Century Cannabis

November 11, 2021

Cannabis expert Kerri Conner joins me to talk about her new book 420 Meditations: Enhance Your Spiritual Practice With Cannabis.

Cannabis has emerged from the dark shadows to be acknowledged by the medical community as an alternative to pharmaceutical pills. In addition to the body and mind relaxing, cannabis can be used to deepen your meditation practice. Dosing is a bit tricky; however, you can discover what is yours. It is truly an individual choice. Kerri's most poignant advice is to begin low and slow.

The 420 meditations are designed to enhance your spiritual journey and integrate the profound feelings, healing energies, and wise insight of cannabis. The book provides daily prompts for contemplation, self-inquiry, and reflection, as well as mantras, breathwork techniques, and more.

In addition to daily cannabis meditations, this book provides meditations corresponding to moon phases, sabbats, elements, chakras, and auras. With tips for reaching peak experiences and integrating all your senses into your practice, this book supports your quest for a life of mindfulness and peace. Remember to begin slow and low.
