With the local elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina now some six weeks away the preparations and strategizing are now all-consuming for members of the Platform for Progress and the candidates who will be running for mayorships and city council seats.  I spoke once again with Mirsad Hadzikadic, the president of the Platform in Charlotte, the day before his return to Sarajevo.  We spoke about all of the ongoing preparations for the local elections which are even more consuming this time around by the mere fact of the number of candidates who will be running across the country.
