Everyone looks for a "quick fix" when it comes to their goals. Be they health, weight, performance, or personal. I'm here to remind you that there is no quick fix. There's only hard work and consistency.

Instead of spending your time looking for simple solutions, put time into noting where you're at and how to move forward long-term. It's not what you want to hear, but it's the best way towards your goals.

My goal for you this week is to show up. Show up for what’s important to you. Know that you and your goals are worth your time. And when all else fails, remember that showing up is haf the battle.
