Allison Jeffereys is the Author of the Amazon bestselling book “A Woman’s Guide to Surviving Divorce”.  She started her coaching business as a Divorce Coach but views the most important aspect of her coaching as what she calls “Life Re- Creation” coaching.  As a coach, Allison guides women living in the shadow of divorce through the emotional work of becoming whole, re-creating lives that are filled with love, and laughter. 


Allison earned her Degree in Psychology from the College of William and Mary before embarking on a 30+ year corporate career working for multiple Fortune 100 companies, which included Prudential, Merrill Lynch, CitiGroup and Wells Fargo.
