EE-044- Back in the Saddle
Well, this is embarrassing! According to iTunes it's been 5 weeks since I posted a new episode. Sorry, dear listener.
Life has been wonderfully busy (as opposed to horribly wrong). We have launched a new program called BOSS15 (Business Of Speaking School) that exceeded our best sales projections (a nice problem to have)!
In this episode I talk about my journey, some thoughts about what is next, and a few lessons:

be flexible with your commitments. I had no idea that the opportunity to collaborate with Jane Atkinson would come along. And I needed to park some projects (and this podcast) to make it happen.
look for collaborations. I have worked with three other 'experts' in the last 18 months on collaboration projects and all have been fantastic win/wins. It could be you become an affiliate for your favourite software, like we are for meetingburner, or host a joint webinar.
be generous. Now is the time to be a giver. It could be go add some extra time to a question on Facebook, or go out of your way to support a colleague with their book projects. Trust that it will all come back to you in time.
create quality. I know this goes without saying - you are your product and you will be judged by the quality of product you put out to the world. A little more attention to detail will pay you handsomely.
plan for the long-term. Most of what I am working on now is for the next three years. Our SOS program, BOSS, and TFF will all be even bigger in one year. That's what I'm planning for.
