The Affordable Care Act (ACA) is always in the news but what exactly is it? Does it affect you if you're already insured OR on Medicare OR you're young and so full of life that you laugh off health insurance as you know you'll never get sick this side of 30? The answer is yes, yes and yes, but not in the ways you might think. Recently Jonathan Gruber, one of the architects of the ACA, said we Americans were dumb to buy into it. Were we?
