To close out the year and Season 5, we are excited to welcome back our very first guest, our own Chief Wisdom Officer, Dave Hoerman. Dave chats with us about the idea of our “brand”, and what it means in our leadership and relationships. He shares with us how brand connects with our DaVita symbol of head, heart, and hands; how he intentionally created his brand, and some tips for how we can be intentional with our brand.

Dave’s tip? Do not wait to find out your brand. Be proactive. Set up some personal reflection time and seek out the words you want people to associate with you as a leader and human being.
