Seven years ago, I lost my joy and I honestly thought it would never return.

From victim mode, body dysmorphia, trauma, and distractions to self-love, being able to spread healing, health, and happiness and finally enjoying my life that I am truly obsessed with. You too can have it all.

There are so many stereotypes and stories that society has showcased around divorce and today we are breaking those cycles, owning our truths, and sharing our own personal junk to joy stories so that we can all start inspiring others to do the same.
