In this episode I am sharing a conversation I recently had with Desi Barton, Owner of Fierce Soul Living. Desi helps empower women to ditch negative thoughts and find love within.

From watching our parents live out their stories to having to defend ourselves and live out our own to learning how to know when enough is enough. Desi learned that needing help with finding her self-worth and turning to the church she was able to start to heal those wounds.

After all her life experiences and living the American Dream Desi knows there is more to be done within ourselves to find true happiness.

Desi created Fierce Soul Living to start a movement of women who are ready to lead themselves to their best soul-aligned self and has a course to help women turn their pain into their power and offers intimate 1:1 Coaching.

We both are sharing how we were never looking for love and when we found it again it both led us to health long distance relationships.
