May 28, 2020

In this energetic episode, Nina shares her experiences with finding her path to drama therapy and the perseverance that was required of her to make it to her dream. Nina talks about the importance of identity and often uses phrases like, “Can we play with that?” or “How can we empower you?” in her work. She shares her knowledge of the roles that we play throughout our days or lives, the roles we chose, the roles someone else chose for us, and/or the “I am lost” role.  She describes how through the exploration of roles and narratives, we can be empowered to break free from toxic dynamics in life.
