A few weeks ago, Chris and Jenny met up and started catching each other up on their families, investing, and goals.  As they were talking, Jenny realized that she's been putting into practice a lot of the things she'd learned over the course of her real estate investing journey.  So, she compiled a list of the 9 lessons learned, as well as one thing she always plans for.  Real estate investing isn’t easy, but it is simple, and these basic lessons will help make it even simpler.
