August 15, 2017

Meditative Practice Intervenes For Treatment Failure
Sam Shelley - Levittown, PA - Founder of Head Trash Anonymous, and author who discusses the value of meditation for several maladies including multiple sclerosis, and bipolar disorder.

Sam’s life was filled with pain and suffering. At the age of six, a van nearly took his life. As an adult, he was hospitalized several times for suicidal tendencies diagnosed as a bipolar, and multiple sclerosis that left him disabled. With a driven, personal meditative persistence, his conditions ultimately improved, and he restored his health.

His is a story of transformation which began with a five-minute daily meditation practice. In his book, he shares all the practices and tools that he used for recovery. This edgy report from a client perspective demonstrates the value of consistent meditative practice.
