Unstuck Reports: Celebrity Anxiety And Depression
Life is in the striving, not the arriving.
~ Seth Swirsky
Seth Swirsky is a consultant/coach for media professionals in Beverly Hills, CA. His experience on several levels dealing with celebrity anxiety addresses specific challenges for all of us.

A New Haven, Connecticut native, Seth is a self-described "manic expressive," an American pop music songwriter (including the Grammy-nominated "Tell It To My Heart"), an author, a recording artist, a filmmaker, a political writer and a noted baseball memorabilia collector.

Listen to hear brief remarks about the artists who performed his songs. He's been there. Seth may already be on your radar if you love pop music. He wrote the #1 smash hit song Tell It To My Heart for Taylor Dayne amongst many other hits for the likes of Smokey Robinson, Celine Dion, Al Green and Olivia Newton-John. Baseball lovers may have read one or all of Seth’s three bestselling books, Baseball Letters, Every Pitcher Tells A Story or Something to Write Home About.

In addition to baseball, Swirsky is also a huge fan of The Beatles. His full-length documentary, Beatles Stories, was chosen as an Official Selection at the 2011 European Independent Film Festival - considered the Sundance of Europe - and had its world premiere in Paris, France on April 3, 2011.

This award was followed by premiering in several notable festivals throughout the country. Beatles Stories was nominated for Best Score for an Indie Film or Documentary at the 2013 Hollywood Music and Media Awards.
Seth's Anxiety Conquered - Strategy & Tactics
Seth is a delightful person with street experience from his own conflicts with celebrity anxiety. This Episode is a Must Listen for many reasons - not the least of which is Seth's warm good humor and can-do, get-it-done, yet humble and engaging personality. Seth's Book and Perspective
Now Swirsky brings his artistry to the psychology field with his unique new self-help book, 21 Ways to a Happier Depression: A Creative Guide to Getting Unstuck from Anxiety, Setbacks, and Stress,

His earthy, engaging observations connect with useful mindset options at the street level beyond the hallowed halls of celebrity detachment.

Designed originally as a coffee table art book, 21 Ways offers simple and easily doable ideas for anyone struggling with anxiety and depression. Written in a breezy, conversational style [quite obvious in our conversation], the book is filled with 24 original watercolor pictures by the American artist, Kirsten Tradowsky. Not a linear chapter book or workbook, readers can open to any page at any time for a new idea to help take down their stress level. It's an invigorated, unorthodox opportunity for an instant Reality Reframe.

Seth wrote 21 Ways to change your mind.

Swirsky, a Dartmouth College graduate with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and a thriving Beverly Hills practice says, “I wanted to make this book feel like it’s your friend — that, whenever you needed help, it is always there for you.”

Swirsky developed these 21 suggestions for alleviating stress because he struggled with panic attacks for many years. The simple tried and true remedies he outlines in the book — which provides applicable self-management for feelings of depression as well — are the same ones he utilized to help himself and his many patients over the years
