Dimitri is a self-described sports nomad and Registered Kinesiologist in Toronto, Ontario. Dimitri has worked with various demographics including seniors, the partially sighted/legally blind, cardiac and post stroke populations. With his clinical background, he worked alongside physiotherapists to treat pre/post operation clients as well as athletes. Shifting his focus to personal + group training Dimitri now takes his foundation in post rehab fitness and applies it to his clients creating an environment they look forward to. By either finding the right cue to maximize the effectiveness of an exercise/stretch to building a brutal circuit to make them sweat.

From the active to the elderly, Dimitri incorporates many movement patterns to not only provide a difficult workout but carry over to the rest of your day. With a focus on targeting the support muscle groups that are often neglected in order to help improve mobility, joint stability and balance.  When he isn’t going through articles related to health and fitness, he’s finding ways to test his own body through his new-found obsession Muay Thai. He believes adequate goal setting is necessary motivation so whether your goal is to lose weight or complete a mud run he’ll be there reminding you to breathe every step of the way.
