Don Christensen is the founder of the onetime global event Day of Pause; an invitation for the world to stop for a day. Don has also held the director position of Modo Yoga - Bloor West for the 13 years of it's existence. He happily parents two boys, pens a regular editorial for a newsletter, leads a monthly men's circle, and believes that people sharing music and movement will see humanity prevail.
