From the author:
"All of life is a quest to make sense of one’s own life experiences, which leads us to greater understanding of ourselves and of life itself. Indeed all our life experiences mirror how we think and feel about ourselves and the world around us. The pursuit of happiness and satisfaction in one's own life becomes the push to expand self-awareness and bring greater fulfillment in life.
My own quest to make sense of my personal life started in 1986 which eventually led me to write a book in 2007 titled “Mirror Mirror, Tell Me Who I Am”. During the years between (and in the years since then) I went through several complete teardowns, which upon deep self-reflection helped me to come to the realization that I create my own experiences, and that I also have the power to change them. Every teardown and rebuild continue to validate my understandings and provide me even deeper understanding of life, of myself, and my purpose in life.
I now dedicate my life to helping others make sense of their own life experiences so they can find joy and fulfillment in life."
