Thought Life – (S2, Ep 17)

May 18, 2020

“Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.” Phillipians 4:8

How we think about ourselves is who we grow into, who we become. You are what you think. If you find that the thoughts that surround your self-worth negative or uninspired, it is time to see yourself through the lense of biblical truth. God thinks and knows that you are a magnificent and the extraordinary purpose that is embedded in you. It is time for you to believe in the word of God, because He already knows your worth. It’s time to trust and believe. And flex that thought life.
Minister Shawn Lawrimore provides a moment of encouragement, prayer and reminder that we serve a God that is capable of extending blessings upon our whole hearts. When we submit to the Lord, we gain a power, strength and healing. In the presence of the Lord, we are reminded that we are in fact, God’s choice. Our submission unto Him asks us to reject the things of this world and destroy those things that does not bring Him glory.  So, even now, turn to the Lord, find home in the security of the ultimate provider.
Always remember, in God, we have everything we need. God promises to provide all of the things we need and more. And by His example, be a light in someone else’s life. Continue to do the work you have been called to do.  Repent, pray and love one another. It’s time to stop, connect and know the Body of Christ. Be still, come to the presence of God and find your peace in what is promised.
