Several government reform groups asked Gov. Bruce Rauner to reverse course and keep an upcoming meeting with the four legislative leaders public. The groups said the governor should dispense with his plan to give each of the four leaders 10 minutes at the start of the meeting to air their views on the budget impasse and ways to resolve it.
