There is only one BBQ Snob and he flies that flag proudly. The BBQ editor for Texas Monthly and new quarterly guest on the BBQ Central Show, Daniel Vaughn joins me for his first visit. Texas is ready to open without any mask mandates from the state but we'll see what the restaurants are going to do about that from the local level.

We will also talk about Daniel's recent guest spot on the nationally syndicated Dan Patrick Show at the end of February. Nick Wright called Texas BBQ "Fraudulent" and not just when compared to other BBQ regions but to food in general. Daniel will recap his spot and will also further expand on this odd statement made by someone wit ZERO credibility in the industry.
