In the 2nd hour, I will be joined by Terryl Miller. Terryl is an incredibly accomplished dutch oven cook, is the head judge and judge coordinator for World Food Championship and does many rep/judging events for BBQ and SCA events as well. Tonight we will talk about a number if topics to include her statement on a past Pitmasters Podcast where she said she would score a steak down if it did not have grill marks.

Coming out of the bullpen tonight is the manager at The World Series of Barbecue, Emily Park. A week ago the American Royal BBQ contest was officially canceled so we will go into what decisions had to be made in order to get to that decision finally.
