First up tonight is Mike Lang from Another Pint Please! Mike is a beer, BBQ and grilling expert and has some great mid-summer dishes for you to try as well as some delicious cocktails and other adult libations for you to try. I will also get Mike's best recommendation on cooking steaks. This seems to be an evolving topic over the past year as some big names in the industry are going against the current accepted methods.

After Mike, we go open segment. I will go recap the past two weeks, the move, the computer burning up (literally), getting the new system in and set up and I will even take you on a tour of the new set up. No, it's not a true "set" per say, but, it is a nice new space that can accommodate guests that decide to come visit Cleveland! Plus the computer has LED lights in it whihc gamers like, I guess!
