• we need to demonstrate courage in conversations, being direct, saying what's real, and what needs to be said
  
• Make strong, bold and fast decisions frequently
  
• Set bold ambitious targets regularly
  
• Get comfortable with the stretch
  
• Ask hard questions.  Look for feedback that could be unpleasant or unfavourable, no matter how much it scratches the ego
