I'm an advocate for new voices; unique voices.  It's important to note that while standing still feels good - like we've finally made it, or figured out the big gnarly problem - it is exactly that moment of pause that begins the unravelling of our position at the white hot edge of change.   Make yourself heard, and do it frequently.  Speak even if you're not certain that people will listen or agree.  It is the act of continuously observing, framing, collecting and publishing your take that will keep agile moving forward.
