Carlos is the Marketing and Innovation Director for the City of Albuquerque, working in the Mayor's Office. He also runs an independent production company, Imma Star Productions where he brings the creative community together by curating events, working with local artists and businesses, and developing innovative ways to create "community."

Charles and Dr. Frank also discuss the tragic passing of Albuquerque-based artist Wake Self, the Microsoft 4-day work week experiment, and the recent woes of the Cleveland Browns.
