The Art of NGF: Undo Suffering

NGF20: From fat and sad in a cubicle to Fabulously Fit and Free with Misty Mozejko - The Art of NGF

February 23, 2016

In this episode of the Art of NGF: Victim to Adventurer podcast, we welcome Teresa "Misty" Mozejko--the often talked-about and reported on Canadian fitness pro who went from 305 pounds, sad, and lost in a cubicle among cubicles--to a fitness and nutrition expert, running bootcamps, a gym, and her own dream business helping women fitness pros do more and better business, 10000 Strong.

It takes a lot of guts to earn that kind of glory, and Misty's got guts--guts, and boldness, and strength, and the (proverbial) balls to put many of the self-victimized men out there to shame.

Misty has since inspired thousands of other people to take their own Victim to Adventurer challenges, to overcome horrible eating habits, self-doubt and shame, dropping excess weight and emotional baggage, and seizing their lives.

Her triumphs were so seemingly unlikely, and so inspiring, that I had to get her on the show to share how she did it--to inspire all you readers and listeners to get off your ass and make something happen!

Tremendous, raucous thanks to Misty for dropping in and sharing the intimate details of her story with us.
