Today was awesome as I got to spend some time with Alex at Pepper Boxing! Alex shares his incredible story of how he came to be a boxer and what led him to use his skills to help others in the world of fitness.

By re-imagining a boxer’s training ritual, we’ve created a full-body workout incorporating high-intensity rounds of shadowboxing, heavy bag work and weighted bar exercises.
