Doc Jake here with the Active Atlanta Podcast and I’m very excited about our guest today.  He is 1996 Heisman Trophy winner Danny Wuerffel.  Danny has a college award for community service named after him and he was inducted into the college football Hall of Fame in 2013.

Danny Wuerffel is the Executive Director of Desire Street Ministries, headquartered Atlanta Georgia. Following his career in football, Danny felt called to serve those in under-resourced neighborhoods, which continues to be his focus.
