This first Episode of Quality Living is a Quality moment with Tricia Iverson, Executive Director of Harmony & Me Music Outreach nonprofit. Iverson and host Amanda Whittemore communicate their presence, commitment to music, commitment to Quality Living, and ways to activate the community.

The International Yoga Gathering, held on June 24th, 2023, at Azalea Park in Brookings, was the first production in which Tricia and Amanda participated together to activate and present their visions in a tangible way!
